Cathy enjoys supporting people committed to improving their lives. She uses the techniques and ethics of NLP alongside her real life experience working in the field of personal development to facilitate change.

Cathy has always enjoyed working with people, since leaving university she has worked in the field of Outdoor Education initially teaching both adults and children alike activities such as sailing, power boating and climbing. As her journey has progressed she has increasingly realised that her passion is people and helping support them on their journey, wherever they may choose to be going. This led her to working on personal and team development programmes with a variety of clients including the Princes Trust and the NHS.

As well as helping individuals develop Cathy has also been instrumental in growing the South West region of the Institute for Outdoor Learning, the professional body for Outdoor Learning, including three years as chair.

Always looking to develop herself and the way she works with others has led Cathy to training initially as a NLP practitioner and later as a NLP Master Practitioner as well as a Master Practitioner of Hypnotherapy and Timeline Therapy™ .

Cathy strongly believes that people can achieve all the things they want to, a former client described her as ' extremely calm, considerate and exceptionally good at getting to the root cause. Her well balanced demeanour suits her role as coach perfectly.'

Growing up on the west coast of Ireland Cathy has a love of the sea and coast as well as rugged mountains, she'll be found in any of these places when not working.

After 9 years he moved to London to pursue a career in the health & fitness industry and worked with successful business people from organisations such as Goldman Sachs, Deloitte, Accenture, Permira, GQ, Hogan Lovells and Citi Bank. Emma has had a strong interest in people, their behaviour and interaction for practically as long as she can remember and this lead her to complete a Psychology degree. Knowing she wanted to use it to help people, but feeling she needed to get some life experience first, she joined the Royal Navy.

Seven years later, having worked in the Royal Navy’s Supply & Secretariat branch, she decided to see what life was like civvy side and left, going to work in HR for a District Council. Following several roles in HR and Change Management, she decided she now had enough life experience to be able to return to her psychology roots and put into practice her dream of helping other people achieve their potential.

Emma now combines her love of people, Psychology and Change Management and works with individuals and organisations, helping them through the process of change whether that is personal change focussing on individual coaching or organisational transformation involving Change Management and team based sessions.

When not working Emma enjoys spending time with her young family, exploring the countryside on foot and bike and has a passion for cooking!

Nicola Tweedie has always been interested in people, and is passionate about what makes them achieve greatness. She has taken time over the years to train in a range of different models and approaches so that she can engage with people passionately and authentically. Nicola’s skill is in seeing potential and opportunity, and the blocks and barriers to that, within the person. Nicola likes to get under the skin of the problem, see it from your point of view, step into your shoes and really get to know how you see it and hear it and feel it.

”But that’s not enough is it? What makes the training and experience of years of consulting feel more than a chat with a trusted friend or colleague, is the clarity and focus in the task. The permission to use the skill and offer the kind of challenge and support that will result in deep transformational change. The knack of seeing into your blindspot and respectfully and professionally showing you what seems to be just out of reach.”

Her background as a clinical psychologist means she has a deep understanding of personality and the ways that we make choices when we are stressed and pressured. Nicola is also a Master Practitioner of NLP and loves using the techniques to facilitate quick and tangible results for the people that she works with. Taking the approach of positive psychology and growing what you love and are great at. Nicola’s also good at supporting people to take risks. “In my role in the NHS, I have a lead role in the positive management of risk and I do it on behalf of that organisation and understand what that means – to be acting as an employee. I am also a business owner and have my own experience of taking professional risk on behalf of others. I can help you take the next step, releasing you from what has become familiar and feels safe; into what feels exciting and new and inspires you to make the next evolution in your personal life or career.”

Nicola has worked with leaders and executives in the military, banking, accountancy, retail and business consulting sectors; with small and medium sized companies and with multi-nationals. “I love to hear about a problem, a sense of being stuck... Because wherever you are right now and wherever you want to be, my guess is that it’s closer than you think.”
