Who is Personal coaching for? Is it for you?

There are times when things just aren’t right.

Nothing really has happened, it’s hard to pin point the issue, but you just feel out of sync.

People often think that the only reason for personal coaching, sometimes known as therapy sessions is because there is a glaring problem.

And yes, certainly it is used for that, but the truth is that one-on-one NLP sessions can benefit anybody no matter what is going on in his or her life.

People also commonly mistake personal therapy for something only obtainable by the rich and famous or wealthy.

But you don’t have to be Gwyneth Paltrow to have personal therapy.

Very often people get in touch with me because they are stuck in a rut. Often it can be because they have been passed over for a promotion time and time again.

You often hear the same old phrases that the boss doesn’t like them or there’s no opportunities etc etc…

But in reality what is needed is good personal coaching session - which will give you the clarity to establish what your goals are. This in turn will help address any issues in life that might be holding you back.

Once you have a goal you then have to action them because when you know what you want, it becomes one step closer to achieving.

Sometimes all that is needed is a change in your attitude, which could in turn lead you to that promotion.

But it’s not just about getting a promotion. It could be changing your lifestyle, getting back to work after a period of looking after children or sickness.

Getting stuck in a rut is nothing to be ashamed about or to dwell on. In fact both of these reactions are counter productive.

Very often, it can just be that you don’t know how to change the pattern of your thoughts, and that is exactly when personal coaching comes into its own.

A day out of your normal surroundings in the countryside, or even a call or a video call can be all you need to get back on track and achieve your goals.
